Due to an investment decision in Costa del Sol, but not living in the area I had no idea of Estate Agents in the area. After looking on the internet I was extremely fortunate to have found Marbella homes.

Finding a perfect property in the vast area like Costa del Sol requires time and patience, both from the buyer and the agent. In our case, the friendly professional service of MH reduced the number of obsolete visits into the minimum. We have now a happy quality home in the location and within the budget suitable for our needs. The necessary arrangements for practicalities, such as water- electricity-telenetwork connections, and the legal registrations and paperwork were all included in the smooth delivery process of MH.
