I wanted to change my life, my lifestyle. Not because I don’t have a good life at home but I wanted to get out of working all the time and have quality time for myself and my family. Without taking a drastic step and purchase a second home it would have always remained a dream.

I have been spending my vacations at Costa del Sol for the past 15 years, so I had the knowledge of where to stay, what to visit, which beach I prefer. Still, I had to realise I knew nothing about how things were going with my new 2nd home. As a tourist You don’t have to know a good lawyer, a notary, a plumber and first of all You do not have a bunch of friends that may help You overcome things You are not familiar with in Spain.

This is when I met Russell and honestly it would never have worked out to close a real estate deal without him. Many thanks again to him and his team! I had to realise buying a 2nd home in Marbella is not a REAL ESTATE deal in the first place!

It seems buying real estate is easy: You have to show the right property to the right person and the rest will come. WRONG answer. It is about getting to know the good people, building trust and being listened to. And then if you are shown the right property based on Your personal preferences You may get there. This is what You will never get at a larger agency and remember: You probably don’t need an agent to act but You need someone providing You a personalised service, understanding and guiding through the stages in Your mind getting Yourself to take the right decision. I think Russell was for me, was a perfect pick!!
